Hello! Thank you so much for coming to Mu Studio and trusting us with your face. Our mission is to make you smile every time you look in the mirror. 🥰
To keep your results lasting as long as possible and your natural lashes healthy, these care tips make all the difference.
The first 24 hours
Avoid getting your lashes wet during the first 24 hours after your appointment. This includes water, steam, intense sweating, and tears — the adhesive needs that time to fully cure. Also avoid saunas, pools, spas, or very hot showers for the first 48 hours.
Daily cleansing
Washing your lashes every day is the single most important thing you can do for them. Use a lash extension cleanser with a soft brush, gently working from the base to the tips. Dirty lashes accumulate oils and residue that break down the adhesive and can cause irritation. Never skip washing them out of fear they'll fall — neglecting them is actually what causes damage.
Brush daily
Brush your lashes every morning with a clean spoolie to keep them separated and in place. Start from the middle of the extension outward — never from the root. This simple habit keeps them looking neat and natural for much longer.
What to avoid
Do not use oil-based products near your eyes — oil-based makeup removers, creams, and cleansers are the main reason extensions shed prematurely. Check the labels on your skincare products and choose oil-free formulas for the entire eye area.
Do not use a lash curler or mascara on your extensions. If you'd like to wear eyeliner, opt for a pencil formula and apply it only on the eyelid — avoid the lash line.
Avoid direct heat: a high-heat blow dryer, candles, an oven, or any heat source near your eyes can damage the extensions.
Avoid rubbing your eyes or pulling at your lashes — in addition to loosening the extensions, you can cause lasting damage to your natural lashes.
How to sleep
Try to sleep on your back. If you sleep on your side or face-down, the friction against your pillow can cause extension loss, especially at the outer corners. A silk or satin pillowcase significantly reduces that friction if changing your sleep position isn't an option.
Natural shedding
It's completely normal to lose between two and five extensions per day. Lashes have a natural life cycle, and when a natural lash sheds, its extension goes with it. This doesn't mean something is wrong — it's simply the natural renewal process.
About touch-ups
When we apply your first full set at Mu Studio, your first touch-up is complimentary and should be scheduled at 15 days. For the session to count as a touch-up, you need to have more than half of the set remaining on your lashes.
Subsequent touch-ups are priced according to the number of days since your last visit — the more time that passes, the more extensions will have shed and the more work is involved. In the calendar below, day zero is the day we performed your last touch-up.

The touch-ups are conditional on your eyes having a considerable amount of eyelash extensions.
Guarantee
The guarantee applies only when there is abnormal extension loss within the first five days. Two consecutive guarantees cannot be applied, as the natural shedding cycle varies from person to person and can occur more quickly in some clients. A guarantee visit does not reset the touch-up calendar — day zero remains your previous appointment.
If you have any questions, we're happy to help. 😊
